Where can I find my order/shipping confirmation?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. Order confirmation is usually sent within 10 minutes of purchase.
The shipping confirmation will arrive separately: If your order hasn't been shipped yet—or was shipped the same day—the email with tracking may not arrive until later in the afternoon.

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, delivery times are usually 2-4 working days .

International orders take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

After shipping, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking information.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. You can check the status online at any time using the tracking number.

Can a piece of jewelry be returned?

Of course. Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
However, individually made or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged.

What is the return address?

What payment methods do we offer?

You can pay securely with Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (debit & credit), and other common methods. Aurélie does not store any sensitive payment data; transactions are processed exclusively through your bank or our certified payment service providers.

What materials are our products made of?

Our jewelry is crafted exclusively from high-quality materials—including 925 sterling silver, 14- or 18-karat gold, and genuine gemstones and pearls. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality and durability. Details about each piece can be found on the respective product page .

Is my jewelry waterproof or allergy-friendly?

Yes – all pieces are nickel-free and therefore suitable for sensitive skin.
Our gold and silver plating is durable, but we recommend removing your jewelry when showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve its brilliance.
